Is there a way to automate, I.E. schedule, backups of our Merlin Messaging system? I was thinking of using a CLI, batch file, and/or Windows Task Scheduler.

Scheduling Merlin Messaging backups

no you have to do it manually through the phone or via the software. The software allows you to do a backup to the PC you are connected with, via the phone you can only backup the settings (Mailboxes) and the Auto Attendant greetings not any mailbox messages or mailbox greetings.
