Do you mean something like "the 2nd Friday" of each month - or a true Custom Calendar that has your business dates defined (eg. 1st of June, 5th of July, 2nd of August)...?
You can do both in BOE-XI (R2), but I'm not sure what functions we available in CE-10.
I would have to review some of my old documents.

Yes, Business Calendars first appeared in CE 10 (well after having been there back in Seagate Info!!)
