Scheduled tasks

I'm pulling my hair out over this one. I've got an executable that I want to run every hour to copy off log files.

I've scheduled a task to run daily, then in advanced sschedule options I've set it to repeat every hour with a duration of 24 hours.
This SHOULD make this run every hour for 24 hours and then the original schedule kicks back in to start from scratch.
What I get is a job that runs like clockwork every hour for 24 hours and then stops. I need this to run every day, so I'm doing something very wrong here. Any ideas?

You can try the following;

1. Schedule your task to run at 12:00am daily

2. In the Advanced Schedule Options-->Repeat Task
- Repeat every hour
- Until 11:59 PM

This should make it restart at 12:00am and run every hour for 24hrs. Hope this helps.
