Scheduled Tasks/ Screen Saver Lockout????

Hello!

Currently I have a scheduled task that works fine. It runs daily at noon. Eventually our company would like to use the screen saver lockout on everyones computer, so if it's idle for 10 minutes it will lock up and you need to enter password to get in. Will this effect my computer's schduled task if the computer has been idle longer than 10 minutes?
