I have a server with a scheduled task set to run at 5:00AM each day, but when you look at the "Scheduled Tasks" window, it shows "0xc0000142" in the "Last Status" column.
I've searched for hours with no success, so I'm hoping someone here has seen this.
It is NOT due to the password changing (which is the most frequent cause we usually encounter).
A similar problem happened sometime last year, and I seem to remember that it was possibly related to permissions changing with Active Directory? Unfortunately the tech guy that handled that problem is no longer around!
