Schedule with Missing Times

I'm trying to create a report that shows a daily schedule in 15 minute increments. If there are any appts scheduled at that 15-minute increment, I'd like to display them. If not, I'd just like to display the Time.

I've been working with the Missing Data hints from Crystal Clear, but I don't think this is how I should go about it.

I think if I could just figure out how to create a report with the 15 minute increments (from 7am to 11pm), the rest would be pretty easy.

I don't think you can do what you want within Crystal.

I would imagine that you will have to do something in your database. Ideally creating a table, where the create script includes the creation of a column with the time interval, and ensures a record is inserted for all intervals whether or not a true record exists in the time period.

You can outer join from a time-slot table or UNION into the result set empty time slot schedules.
