How can I configure outlook 2003 to never send emails when I send them, but wait untill a pre-determined time (say 5:00 PM) and then send them all. I need this configuration to be in outlook and not on the mail server.
I have used the "rules and alerts" setting to delay the sending of emails, but that only delays it by a set time, and does not save them all untill one specific time.
I would also like to be able to speficy this delay be email account (like you can with rules) becasue some users may have multiple email accounts loaded in outlook and want the internal email to go out immediatly, and the external mails delayed.
