I am trying to out a phone, and I get:

SCH2501

An attempt was made to change a telephone that is in the process of relocating.

How do I make this phone go away? How did I get into this mess?

Thanks again,
Luke

What the heck did I do to get it that way--I don't think I relocated anything? I guess OTM could have done it?

You will find if any set is in relocating mode.
If so, reallocated it by inserting THAT phone (i mean that hardware) in a non programme XDLC port.
If you don't have that phone on hand, i don't remember if any command exist to kill it. If someone knows, please post it.
If there is no print in LD 21, that's a corruption and you need Nortel assistance to kill it.

I don't even have that type of phone--I am not sure how it got on my switch. We recently changed buildings, and have had a lot of different people on during the move. if someone know a command to kill the relocate, I would love to know it.

Thanks for your help!
