On our system it means the phone is acquired by Symposium and you must de-aquire it first. I have also seen it as a one off when the AST settings got screwed and had to be removed before outing the phone. Hope this helps.
It depends on what sw you have on the PBX, but if you login to the PABX and do the following:
>ERR xxxxxxx where x is the code.
If you use your code you will get the following reply:
>err SCH1509
Severity: Minor
<end>
SCH1509
Cannot MOV/OUT acquired TN. First De-acquire the TN and then proceed
with MOV/OUT request
So if the set is an ACD set you will have to deaquire the phone in Symposium CallCenter. If you use TAPI you have to deaquire it there. If it is a CallPilot port you have to deaquire there and so on...
