SCCS Web Client Asking for Secondary Login

We have supervisor who can use his login to access Symposium Web Client. However when he selects contact center management then select "symposium" he is prompted for a secondary login? It seems as though it is not carrying his credentials all the way through? I think remember reading a thread about this in this forum but can't find it. Does anyone know what causes this and how to resolve?
