SCCS 4.0 - 4.2 Multisite with NCC Upgrade

It's a fairly wide-open question. Can you tell us how many sites, which release they are on, etc? For one, go into the NCC and remove those sites from your site table. Upgrade the NCC first, including all peps. A lot depends on your network configuration and window of opportunity. Give some details, will try to help.

Upgrading from SCCS 4.0-4.2 Although the vendor is attempting to convince us to go to SCCS 5.0 which to us is not an option.
3 SCCS Networked Sites
1 NCC
All sites interconnected via WAN
Off prem IVR
Hours of operation 24x7
We currently use IEX Totalnet for intelligent... or so they say... call routing and have been advised by IEX that we may need to upgrade all 3 SCCS sites simultaneously as changes to the Totalnet product for SCCS 4.2 are not compatible with SCCS 4.0.
