Scanner & Camera Wizard broken/missing

Does anyone know how to fix or reinstall this Wizard?
After accessing Scanners & Cameras in the Control Panel, clicking on the ADD button does nothing.

I believe this is the reason my Visioneer StrobePro USB scanner shows listed under UNKNOWN in the Device Manager instead of under Imaging Devices as it should.

I posted this question on several different boards to no avail, so I solved it myself.
I just inserted the W2k CD and ran setup. I chose to 'upgrade' to this Windows version, even though I already had W2k installed.
Apparently, it reinstalled itself & successfully retained everything from the original install as well as fixing my Visioneer Strobe Pro scanner install problem. It magically appeared as it should in Device Manager, under Imaging Devices.
The ADD button in Scanners & Cameras also works now.
