Scan image from scanner using commcnd button

I am trying to scan a document from a Panasonic KV-S2026C into Access. Has to store the image in a file i specify with a file name that is generated by code from feilds in form. All processes need to run in the background. All the user needs to know is that the image was scanned successfully. Feild in form needs to be populated with the file name for later retrival within same database.

I have searched for two days and have come up with nothing. Need help.
