I am getting the error:

"scaling of decimal value resulted in data truncation"

When I open a form that has subforms on it that have ODBC linked record sources. Any idea what causes this?

Set the gearshift for the high gear of your soul, you've got to run like an antelope, out of control.

Had the same problem myself and saw your log when I was searching for a solution, thought I’d pass on what worked for me even if it's late. When you create your ODBC table connection the driver interprets the table as appropriate. If the design of the table is changed this can make the table nonsensical against the driver's old definition. Delete the link, relink and it should be okay.

All the best
