SC change module - querying future approvers

Hi... we are currently using Service Center 5.01 with 5.1 clients...

We can successfully query "current.pending.groups" on our change system, but receive 'no records" when querying future.groups (like approver seq 8 or 9)

both are defined under the same structure in the dbdict.

Anyone have any ideas or hints on where to start to debug this?

In SC version 5 all approval related information are stored either in 'Approval' or 'ApprovalLog' file, and are no longer stored in 'cm3r'. One needs to look up either one of these 2 files to get relevant approval information.

Thanks for your post... I was able to query the future approver group by updating the Link Record for cm3r.template.default to the Approver file using future.group...

Works great...
