We received documentation titled "Vision Point 2000 Technical Reference" (dated 0498) with our software upgrade. Coming to this job with no SBT experience and an existing system, it has been much help. It doesn't have the GL codes (and we aren't using the SBT GL anyhow - this is a small business), but it does have all of the file and record formats, which may help with your conversion. For instance, the Recurring Entries File, GLRECRnn.CDX has a 5-character auto-assigned Recurring Entry Number (AUTONO) followed by a 9-character Account Number (GLACNT) and so on. It's not the old graph-paper record formats we had in the old days, but it is easy to read and has more information (i.e. GLAMNT is a 15-digit number with two decimal places). There are also separate manuals for the various accounting user functions, which were unopened prior to my arrival and seldom referred to since. If you found this website, you've probably "been there".
