Hi Kdv,
The Customer file is ARCUST##.DBF where ## represents the company number.
The error you got "Alias not found" is coming up due one of the following reasons:
1. You or somebody else is using that file in exclusive mode and SBT couldn't open it.
2. Make sure about external programs. Third party applications could have been started before SBT and it is openning files in exclusive mode, in consequence, SBT files are blocked.
3. ARCUSTxx.DBF was moved (or deleted) from that folder it is supposed to be.
4. ARCUST##.DBF lost its structure. (structure is damaged)
It is not a common problem, but it could happen for some
reasons:
4.1. a computer was shut down while SBT was up
(many files are open at that moment)
4.2. a black out took place while SBT was running. You
make sure you have installed a battery backup to
each computer.
