Hello,

My last SBS2003 installation whas a bit of a pain becouse of a vista business notebook.

First I installed SBS2003 R1 and configured it. Then I installed all updates for windows 2003. (just windowsupdate) This updated my server to service pack 2. After this I started to upgrade SBS2003 with SP1 for SBS2003. (also exchange sp1 and sharepoint, clientinstall etc...)

After this you have some problems with the companyweb and asp2. I upgraded companyweb with a special dos command so all work with asp2.

Then to connect the vista PC I had to install some special update for vista. Wich creates new group policy for vista computers.

After all of this I connected from a remote station to the remote website. Everything works except one thing. If I click on download connection manager (not shure if I translated it correctly but I mean the VPN client) I get an error in IE with a title as Internet explorer cannot display the page. After a while a error pop up comes up wich sais A runtime error has occured. Do you wich to Debug? Line 58 Error Access denied. (you can press yes or no.)

If I check the location of the file it wants to download sbspackage.exe. I see it is in the right location inetpub/remote/sbspackage.exe

I have the same problem on WindowsXP machines as well as on the vista machine. It is not client related.

What can I do?

tank you,

best regards,
