When I try to connect to the SBS2003 server via RWW I logon ok and select "Connect to my computer a work" and receive a pop-up message from Internet Explorer which says:
"This portion of Remote Web Workplace requires the Microsoft Remote Desktop ActiveX Control. Your browsers security settings may be preventing you from downloading ActiveX controls. Adjust these settings and try to connect again"
There is no pop-up bar to click on.
I have set all IE settings to default and that works on another PC I have but not on this one. I have disabled Norton Security, disabled all IE add ons via Manage Ad-ons in IE. I set Internet Options - Advanced to restore defaults. Adjusted Internet security to "Medium" and defaults but still can't get past that message. Anyone have a fix for this problem?

My IE is 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp-sp2 gdr.050301-1519 and is up
todate. Cipher 128Bit.

RWW ActiveX Issue

How to fix this;

Yes, indeed this is a false positive from Spybot S&D Version 4.1
Spybot made a registry entry to set the kill bit for the Microsoft RDP
ActiveX control. Although the latest Spybot updates no longer immunize
against this control, it's apparently unable to undo the existing block, so
you have to do it manually. Some details are on the Spybot support forum
here and here:
To fix one machine, navigate to the following registry key and delete it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX
Compatibility\{7584C670-2274-4EFB-B00B-D6AABA6D3850}

Worked for me!
Hope this post helps someone else.
