SBS2003/Exchange Pop3

Is there any way that you can set the system to poll the POP3 server more than once every 15 minutes? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find anyone that knows. Thanks!

No there is no way to adjust this without the use of third party sofware.

Here is a program you can use, it can be set to check every minute. I have never used it though.

I wonder.....is there a command line command that I could put in a batch file and then run it as a scheduled task to check it more often?

Nope, there is nothing you can do to make it check more frequently then 15 min, nothing native SBS anyway.
