SBS Proxy Services Keep Stopping

Hello all, I have a client with NT4 running SBS (ack!). They will be running along just fine for a couple of hours and when they exit IE and then try to open it back up it cannot locate any server. Inspection of the Webproxy services shows them to be stopped. If you restart them they are fine again for a couple of hours. I have showed the client how to restart their services, but I am hoping to find a more permanent solution. The proxy and event logs don't show anything really out of the ordinary, only on occasion where it is unable to establish a dial-up connection. But this doen't fit the regularity of their problem. My SBS was infected with the Code Red virus. I applied the patch and the problem went away.
