SBS Outlook Web access no longer works.

Hello all,
We are running MS SBS (NT4.0). Web site is hosted remotely. Exchange server handles mail. Our sales people have been using warriorlacrosse.com/exchange to access their email. For the last couple of weeks they cannot get to the mail.
I tried typing url: and received this message:
Req url /exchange not found on this server. Followed by: Apache/1.3.12 server at Port 80.
Any suggestions on what might have happened and better yet possible solutions?
