Hi I have a server running SBS 2003, I am using pop boxes for the email and they are all setup. I have one user that is not receiving mail to his outlook. The pop box is set up correctly and pointing at the right username, email is coming down to the server but is not being passed on to the user (the mail box store is showing an increase in mail when you send him tests but no mail is showing in outlook. Internally sent mail is getting through though.) I have checked all the settings but cannot see a reason for this. I have re-created the user and still no mail even though the test mails are getting through to the mailbox store. His outlook is all setup correctly (as internal mail is getting to him) but no external mail. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a lot of trouble understanding your problem. What do you mean by "I am using pop boxes"?

Do you mean to say that your Exchange server is using the POP3 connector to pull mail down from an ISP server? Or do you mean that the Outlook client is using POP to connect to your server?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
