SBS 2003 and Windows Server 2003RS in same domain

hello there
i have a question about SBS serve and Windows server. My SBS2003 server is a DC in the domain.com. I want to add WS2003 R2 as an aditional DC.
I am getting an error msg saying that forest/domain is not ready and that i need to prepare it for WS2003 R2. When i ran adprep on SBS2003, the msg comes saying that adprep is not going to change anything because it ran already(??).
I have added a server in to SBS2003 and conected to the domain from WS2003 R2 OK.

Can anyone please help with this. All your repalys much appreciated.
