SBS 2003 and SMTP

Hi all,

I'm setting up the e-mail configuration within Small Business Server 2003. The domain is company.local. After setting up the POP3 connector and SMTP connector i tried sending an e-mail. I was able to receive via the connector but get an error saying there was a problem with the receiving server. The message is from company.com about company.local.

Ok, i apologize for posting before truly researching the problem. I went in and changed the smtp e-mail listed in active directory under the e-mail address tab.

all working now.
