Right from the horses mouth. 
And its pretty painless, having done so several times for myself and clients.
Only thing I would really criticize is you have to manually clean up old AD groups as Server 03 creates different groups and domain policies. It isn't really required to do this, but its good to do from a security as well as aesthetic standpoint.
