I believe in release 6.3 the WebLM server is external to the SBCE and not the built-in WebLM anymore. So to check the license you have to login to the WebLM and check the Standard sessions for SIP trunks and Advance sessions for remote workers.
You can find the WebLM address in the SBC System Management/Licensing. Should look like this: External WebLM Server URL IP:52233/WebLM/LicenseServer.
