saving multiple word files as html

I have a user who has received approximatly 1000 word files, she wants to
convert them to HTML for use in an online manual.
Is there a FAST way to do this other than opening each one and doing a file
save as html?

Any suggestions would be great!

There is no way to do this without opening each one and doing a file save as HTML. If you mean can you do that in a way that does not require you manually opening and saving, yes. You can use VBA.

If you post in the VBA forum we can help. This can be scripted to process all the files.
