Saving Global Address list and sending to pop3/smtp users

I have an exchange 5.5 server that all my internal people are configured to use the exchange server, so they see the global address list. I would like to be able to export the GAL to a file that I could e-mail our off site users that are configured to use POP3/SMTP. They could then import the GAL into maybe their contacts folder. I'd like some detailed instructions if anyone has any, not that familiar with exchange.
