animations, a website i have recently done is with animations, problem is the animations load at different speeds, and can take too long for slow connection speed.

thankyou

File size is a trade off between quality and use-ability.
The file readyforwedtitle.gif is 120 frames at 256 colours which makes for a large file (over 600k). Not too bad if viewed on broadband but it would take foorever on a dial up. It would be worth reducing the number of colours and perhaps decrease the number of frames. The are numerous images on your index page but the readyforwedtitle.gif and the phone.gif images alone, add up to about 1Meg, too large for many people.
