I have a custom recipient in my GAL who uses an external email address as opposesd to my company's standard domain name address. This individual wants access to the GAL and is asking for a print out (or a file) of all 500 addresses.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this?

Thank you - Z.

From Exchange Admin, go to Tools, Directory Export. SMTP addresses will be included in the CSV file.

Thanks for the response Brontosaurus....

I there a way to convert the CSV file to a ASCI file (.txt or .doc)?

This user is offsite and gets his email via a web-based mail service. I'm pretty sure that he won't be able to use the CSV file in its native format.

During the Export process you can change the file type by clicking the "Export File" button. This will open an Explorer Window from which you can switch from CSV to TXT.
