When they open directly from an attachment, the files are stored as temporary files in an Outlook folder, e.g. as "C:\Dokuments and Settings\[profile name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKF10\Document name.doc"
When they open from attachment a second time, a second file is created, e.g. "C:\Dokuments and Settings\[profile name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKF10\Document name[red] (2)[/red].doc"
Instead of just clicking the disk symbol, they should simply "Save As", and save the file to its correct destination.
Else they get several versions of the file.
The one they altered can be recovered simpl by browsing to said temporary folder and picking the right file...
