Saving Data into free tables

Sir,
Previously I was adding and saving data through the set of buttons provided by forpro itself. Now I want to save the data into the repective table through buttons as it is done in VB. And I think it will be helpful in saving data to multi tables at the same time.
So Please suggest me how to do this and if possible demostrate with an example.

put on the controlsource of textbox m.myfield
and when you want to save data

sele table1
gather memvar
sele table2
gather memvar

but you can do that in the hard way with replace.
