Let me lay out some general structure.
Form1 - Main Record Info
Form2 - Required Info Related to Main Record, w linked fields from Form1
Form2b- Optional information linked to main record
Problem : The main record cannot be saved because the info disappears from the main screen causing Form2 fields to be blank. This info needs to be identical to form1, that's why they are linked. In the relationships, these tables are linked by a special number entered by the user.
When the user clicks save on Form2, they get an error stating the record doesn't exit in the table that Form1 is related to. Is there a way to change the relationship of the two tables so this doesn't happen, but still maintain the integrity of the data?
