Can a Windows xp SEARCH (files & folders) results be saved?
Although there is an option to 'save search', that simply saves the criteria for a new search, and when clicked on starts a new search. I want to duplicate the search results folder with the results intact. It should setup some kind of shortcut, I guess.
It sounds so simple and am [would be real] surprised that xp can't do it.
TIA

If you just want a copy of the files as a list you might be able to use the Print Screen key on the keyboard and save them in the clipboard for later pasting into your photo editing program. Or you can download another capture program from the net.

If you want a physical copy of all the files try the edit drop down menu in the search window and select all the files and copy them to a new folder.
