save original file layout

Is there any way in CR8 to save a generated report without losing the layout? I know I can export the information to many different formats, but I want to save a copy of the report as it exists when generated, maybe as a GIF or something... When saving as a Word file, all the formatting gets messed up.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?
