Save mail to file outside of notes

Deal with lot of mail that needs to be saved. Want to save to folders on other server so not to use up notes server. Hard copies to much to manage.

Create an archive prolife using local as the destination. You can then route the file to anywhere on your network.

Notes considers local to mean anywhere not on the Notes server.

then archive what ever documents you want. There are pretty good archive instructions on setting up the profile if you need help with that.
