Thanks to Doug and Rochelle for the help on the Combo Box. Rochelle your iterpretation is what I was looking for. For the first column I assigned it through the property box and the second I basically just added another text box and bound it to another field in a table and assigned that column (1) through programming. I then hid the control on the form. Is this normal practice or is there a better way?
My next question for the Access experts: Does it make sense to put "Save and Edit" buttons on a form along with the record selectors or is this a matter of preference?
BF
g43@tc3net.com
