Save & Put Extension??

Sorry Guess I was a bit vague. Whilst developing in UD I would like to be able to have an extra command in the document windows File menu. Along the lines of

Save
Save As
Save & Put
========================
This would hopefully save the file and "Put" the file to my remote host.
I havent been able to find an extension on Macromedia so I just wondered if any of you guy's had seen anything like it Live long and make your kids suffer..
