SAT terminal recycling 1

I have a ProLogix that the SAT is constantly running self test and won't finish login. Please assist.
 
Try looking in the setup to see if you can make any kind of changes. To get there turn it off and back on. Wisdom is Knowledge

We have done this, no luck. I can log in via DSA software.

The terminal has been replaced with a new one and is still going to self test then back to the login prompt not allowing the user to login. We have also replaced the cable to the PBX.
 
I called Avaya and asked them. Things to check out cable to pbx, power cable, different power supply, system should only self test when turn on. Wisdom is Knowledge
