Hi,
I am not able to login to my newly installed SAP 4.6C. When I try to login it says, partner not reached. And the error no is 10061. Its SAP 4.6C on windows 2000 machine.
When checked in the SAP system log I found that there are errors which all say Database error or DB connection failed or something related to database and also Im not able to connect to the database. Is it related to only the database connection or something else too?? Can anybody help me knowing what could be the problem with the database connection and how to get it fixed.
And also I have one more doubt, in my machine dialog instance and gateway instance are not installed. Are they really optional or do I need to get them working??
