Hi,

Does anyone know how to get a USB 2.0 device to work on a USB 1.1 port? I thought USB 2.0 devices are supposed to be backward compatible with USB 1.1.

A driver is required for W98 and SP1 for XP in other words a fully updated XP (same applies to W2K)

Thanks guys! I don't really know what the problem was but I had to reinstall Windows XP SP1 to fix it. This isn't the first time I've seen Windows XP not be able to recognize a USB disk properly.
