Just wondering if anyone has read some good material on SAN's....any book preferences? I'm a newb to SAN's, so keep that in mind I guess.

SANs for Dummies - Very good basic read

SANS and NAS - O'reily - Very good

(Veritas) Storage Area Network essentials from Barker/Massiglia.

Ignore the Veritas bit - its very vendor neutral.
