We have HP SAN EVA6000 and we want to present some disk space from the storage to Linux server RH ES 2.1 server can you pls advice me how to do this and from where i will get the full document

NFS has less performance than SAN...
Did you ask it to the EVA provider? you must to configure the correct zones in your FC switches and then configure th eLUN masking in the EVA in order to present the desired LUNs to the Linux Server.
