Trying to import a standard wav file into Voice Mail Pro. Sounds like crap. 16bit, 44.1 Khz. Does anyone know if there is a standard sampling rate of wav files that the IP Office can play ?

To check or change the wav file format: Go to Sound Recorder>click on File>click open>select the wav file to edit>click open>click on file>click Properties. Check to see if Audio Format is correct. If not, click convert now and select the correct format. Click O.K.
