SAM Database updates

I have 3 W2k DC's and 3 NT 4.0 BDC's. The SAM databases on the 3 NT BDC's machines are not being updated automatically.
I can do a manual synchronization and they update without errors. Any suggestions on automating this process would be appreciated.
