Sage Alert Server

I am getting an error when trying to send email notification in Alert Server - "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay". The SMTP server name is correct and the email account used to send email is correct.

What else do I need to configure?

Go to the SMTP settings of that server, and allow relaying.
