Sage 200 Intergration with Avaya IPO500

Hello guys!

I've got a site where we are currently installing an IPO500 with 20 IP Users. The client would ideally like to intergrate the IPO500 with Sage200 such that users can click to dial via TAPI and have screenpop for inbound calls.

I've never looked into this before so I'm not sure what sort of TAPI interface Sage 200 provides.

Do we need a CTI software license, middleware? How does the screenpop work?

Any help, advice will be much appreciated! :)
