safe mode drivers

does anyone know how i can disable/enable certain drivers to load when i boot windows into safe mode? like the black screen that has the list of drivers that scrolls through as windows safe mode loads up?

Start, Run, MSCONFIG
click on Selective Startup
click on BOOT.INI tab.
checkmark SAFEBOOT

Have a look at the Enable and the Disable command in the Recovery Console.
