Hello, I am running a few older Macs using OS 10.2.8 and Safari 1.0.3.

I recently upgraded our ISA 2k server which worked like a dream serving both PC's and Macs to ISA 2k4. Since then the Macs fail to authenticate whilst attempting to surf. If I create a rule which allows the Macs to access the Internet allowing access to "All Users" the we can access the net unchellenged.

If I specify a group such as "Staff" or "Sales" then the browser gives me an authentication error. I can't find any setting combo which will challenge Mac browsers for a domain username and password.

I can't upgrade Safari to v2 as I need to also upgrade the OS and funds are not available. Any ideas? Just to complicate things, Firefox v2 works fine, Safari v2 works fine on a mac running Tiger but not on the older Macs.

I need to find why this is, Installing Firefox or upgrading the OS is not an option at present.

Many thanks
Big TM.
